#1. Port Vauban, Antibes

Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston facilitated the sale, representing both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.Originally christened Southern Cross III, Lady A boasts a timeless design conceived by the renowned Jon Bannenberg and was meticulously constructed by Japanese shipyard Nishii Zosen-Sterling in 1986. Severe flooding has gripped Dubai, following an unprecedented deluge that unleashed the equivalent of a year and a half's worth of rainfall in just a few hours. The UAE and neighbouring Oman have already recorded 20 fatalities due to the flooding.Dubai, known for its arid climate, found itself inundated as flash floods wreaked havoc on its roads and highways.
