The new Sirena 78 offers some unique features and creative enhancements that few others in her class can rival, she effectively advances the on-the-water experience by the combination of interior comfort, personal choice and efficient performance. Let’s take a close look.
The yacht was designed by Cor D. Rover and German Frers. There’s three flybridge solutions to choose: Open, Semi-Enclosed and Fully-Enclosed. The Open model is obviously for fair weather cruising in sunny weather, but the robust hardtop still provides shade and shelter. The Fully-Enclosed version offers all-season comfort and enjoyment in colder climes or perhaps at the end of the season, while the Semi-Enclosed option has an open aft section for the best of both worlds. The enclosed iterations benefit from super-sized windows (the side windows can be electronically activated for that refreshing sea breeze) to let in natural light. They all have direct access to the main deck interior via a spiral staircase.
The groundbreaking layouts exhibited across the entire range of Sirena Yachts. For example, at Sirena 78 the decision to do away with the main-deck helm station has opened up much more space and flexibility for entertainment and socializing with family or friends.
The centerpiece on the main deck is the enormous galley with a deep sink, plenty of storage and high-end appliances. Available either with a massive open-space island or wrap-around layout, the abundance of counter space makes entertaining easy and food prep a cinch.
“As cooking becomes more and more central on board, the open galley concept has become a focal point in the saloon,” says interior designer Cor D Rover. “By taking the design of the galley to the next level and integrating it into the overall design concept, it stands out in terms of functionality and becomes a relaxed gathering place for family and guests.”
The Sirena 78 has a loose-furniture concept that encourages customers to be as creative as possible. Owners can choose between three interior styles developed by Cor D Rover: Inspiration, Serenity and Elegance.
The yacht can accommodate eight guests across four cabins. A full-beam, amidships master stateroom with a private bath and dressing area located on the lower deck, as well as VIP stateroom has the double bed at an angle to capitalize on the deck area.
Like her stablemates, the Sirena 78 has the innovative semi-displacement hull lines by German Frers, the yacht delivers both comfortable cruising and world-class range at displacement speeds.
“The sea-kindly hull geometry follows that of the well-proven 68 model,” says the Argentinean designer. “Various power options are available and she can reach a maximum speed of 27 knots, and a cruising range of 1550 nautical miles at 10 knots. This is the sixth model we design for Sirena Marine. We are proud of being associated with the brand known for their excellent workmanship and very high value.”

Polish shipbuilder Sialia Yachts has entered final construction phases for its inaugural fully electric Sialia 45 model at its Gdansk facility, with launch scheduled for autumn 2025. The 14-meter performance cruiser represents the company's initial production electric yacht.The vessel utilizes twin 300kW electric motors delivering a maximum speed of 43 knots. Power comes from standard 500kWh battery packs providing 55 nautical miles of range at 25 knots, with optional endurance packages extending range to 77 nautical miles. Finnish boat manufacturer Saxdor Yachts will present the global premiere of its new Saxdor 400 GTS model at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025. The open-deck vessel expands the existing 400 series, joining the 400 GTO and 400 GTC models.The 400 GTS features a T-top roof, semi-walkaround layout, and fold-down terraces characteristic of the brand. The design emphasizes open-air cruising with overnight capability through two cabins below deck. Forward seating converts to a sunbed, while aft sofas surround a convertible dining table.Built on the same twin-stepped hull as other 400 series models, the GTS is powered by Mercury V10 425hp engines. Fraser has reduced the asking price for the 50-meter motor yacht Belongers to €12.9 million. The vessel was built by French shipyard Couach in 2014 as part of the limited 5000 Fly 2 series, with only two units completed.Constructed under supervision of project managers and surveyors, the yacht features exterior and interior design by Metrica. The 497 GT vessel accommodates 12 guests in a 5+1 stateroom configuration, including a main-deck master suite with dual bathrooms and walk-in closets.
