A new-build 27.02-meter hull by Italian shipyard Canados Yachts has been sold by Northrop & Johnson is set for delivery in 2020 as a Canados 888 Evo model. In 2018 Canados 888 was awarded as Most Functional Yacht. Also in May 2019, the first Canados 120' Caesar should be delivered.
Canados is one of a few Italian builders capable of producing one-off versions of its models that are fully customized with tailormade interiors. One of the yacht’s most exceptional features is her four-meter tender garage accommodating a Williams 3.85 meter jet tender, and a Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizer system. She comes with a hard top that provides guests with ample shade when enjoying her gigantic flybridge.
The Canados 88’ is the direct evolution of the Classic 86’ of which 46 have been delivered. One of the Canados clients had four 86’s built over the course of 13 years!
The interior of the Canados 888 Evo is being conceptualized by Rome-based designer Michela Reverberi. All in-house built furniture has been designed with rounded edges equipped with indirect strip LED lights which, when lit in the dark, give the impression that the furniture is floating.
Built with an Aramat/Kevlar hull and superstructure, the 88’ Evolution comes with a reversed deck saloon overlooking the water and gigantic saloon floor to ceiling windows. The main deck layout remains an example of practicality with its oversize saloon with direct sea view, thanks to the cut-down bulwarks, dining room, Boffi galley, day head and crew dinette in the wheelhouse.
On the flybridge, guests will find two corner sofas with drinks tables looking out over the stern. Another L-shaped sofa is placed on the port side and looks forward to the central alfresco dining area, where eight guests can savour a meal beneath the hardtop that folds back to let in the sunshine.
The accommodation total is for eight guests across four cabins. The lower deck still offers its reputed four cabin layout with a VIP to the bow, two twin guest cabins to the sides and the full beam owner’s suite in the centre. Bathrooms are equipped with custom-made wash basins in Striato Olimpico marble.
She capable of cruising at 27 knots and can reach a top speed of 32 knots, the Canados 888 Evolution 48 is powered by two Caterpillar C32 Acert 1,925hp diesel engines.

The Azimut|Benetti Group has named Andrea Antichi as General Manager of its Azimut division, effective May 12, 2025. Dynamiq has released new exterior images of its 52-meter GTT 170 superyacht, currently under construction at its Antalya shipyard in Turkey. The aluminum-hulled vessel, designed for shallow-water cruising with a 2-meter draft, targets owners in the U.S. and Middle East markets, with delivery scheduled for the 2027 Mediterranean season.The GTT 170 features naval architecture by Vripack, combining a top speed of 19 knots with IMO Tier III-compliant MAN V12 1,066 kW engines and an integrated battery pack. The stabilization system includes four electric fins and a Hull Vane aft foil to reduce pitch motion.Accommodation comprises five guest staterooms and an owner's suite, with a two-level beach club featuring a pool, bar, and spa with fold-out terraces. The sun deck includes an outdoor cinema and lounge areas.Dobroserdov Design developed the exterior, while Claudio Pironi & Partners created minimalist interiors using teak and natural marble. The yacht is being built at Dynamiq's Antalya facility with European subcontractors and Turkish craftsmen.Hull #2 is available for €29 million. The GTT 170's shallow draft enables access to Caribbean destinations like the Exumas and St. Barths, with 500 GT volume optimized for sub-50-meter length. Ferretti Group's Custom Line brand has launched four new custom yachts at its Ancona shipyard within eight weeks, including two Navetta models and two planing vessels. The launches demonstrate the shipyard's capacity for bespoke construction, with each yacht reflecting owner-specific customization through collaborative design processes.Custom Line 30#23The first vessel, a 32.82-meter Custom Line 106' (hull #24), launched on January 9, features exterior design by Ferretti Group Engineering and interiors developed by Custom Line Atelier in consultation with the Middle Eastern owner. The yacht's minimalist aesthetic combines dark wall coverings with light surfaces, complemented by freestanding furniture and folding guest tables. A social-focused flybridge completes the layout.On February 13, the 34th Custom Line Navetta 33 (33m x 7.52m) debuted for a European family. Its exterior was designed by Ferretti's Strategic Product Committee, with interiors by the Group's Engineering Department and Custom Line Atelier. The design employs dark finishes, pale marble, and leather accents, with mirrored surfaces enhancing spatial perception. With a length of 38.36 metres and a beam of 7.65 metres, this yacht combines a sleek silhouette with styling that effectively mirrors the owner’s vision. Designed for the AMAS market, the yacht stands out for her generous, welcoming spaces, where chairs with armrests and deep armchairs reveal a clear desire for comfort. The interiors, decorated with a palette of bright neutral colours, are styled with a simple but refined approach. The made-to-measure master bathroom features a pair of Calacatta Oro marble basins in the centre and beside them a vanity table with opening mirror and incorporated pouf; the generous shower cubicle is on the starboard side and the sanitary area is located to port. Italian yacht builder Apreamare will make its first appearance at the Venice Boat Show from May 29 to June 2, 2025, alongside exclusive Northern Italy dealer Pedetti Yacht Sales.
