Overmarine Group has sold the second unit of Mangusta 165 REV, the 50-meter flagship of the Maxi Open line. The sale was secured in cooperation with brokerage house Royal Yacht International. The project was developed jointly by Overmarine’s Engineering Department, headed by engineer Nicola Onori, in collaboration with designer Igor Lobanov, who had already penciled the outer lines of the Mangusta 104 REV.

The 50m yacht stands out for her aggressive profile featuring the rounded, curved shapes typical of Mangusta’s iconic style. She offers a huge 92 sq. m master stateroom located on the main deck, with large, floor-to-ceiling windows flawlessly integrated in the hull. More ceiling-high glazing can be found in the main deck saloon, with doors that also open on the sides, onto two large fold-down balconies.
Other notable features are the beach club, the forward area, an infinity pool, and the sundeck. Guests will find accommodation in four guest cabins and a full-beam VIP cabin. The interiors are fully customisable.

The yacht can boast impressive performances thanks to 4 Rolls Royce 2600 HP MTU engines coupled with 4 Kongsberg-Kamewa waterjets that push her to a maximum speed of 34 knots, noiselessly and without the slightest vibrations thanks to the gyro stabilizers operating both when at anchor and while cruising.
This vessel is scheduled for delivery in summer 2023.
Overmarine Group was founded in 1985 by the Balducci family. The shipyard builds open and displacement power superyachts under the Mangusta and Mangusta Oceanco brand names.
