Octopus

Octopus is a 126.19 m / 414′1″ luxury motor yacht. She was built by Lurssen in 2010. With a beam of 21.92 m and a draft of 5.85 m, she has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. This adds up to a gross tonnage of 9932 tons. She is powered by MTU engines of 2400 hp each giving her a maximum speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 12.5 knots. Octopus's maximum range is estimated at 12500 nautical miles. The motor yacht can accommodate 26 guests in 13 cabins with an interior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett and an exterior design by Espen Oeino.
